LOTTE VAN HULST is a filmmaker, researcher, and designer investigating how infrastructures, territories, and institutions shape power, authority, and contested governance.

My practice combines spatial, audiovisual, and investigative methods to reveal and critique systemic inequalities and the mechanisms through which sovereignty and control are enacted. Working across counter-mapping, digital reconstruction, and open-source research, l look at space as a site of political negotiation and critical inquiry.
